Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive product inquiries from customers and create orders.
2. Understand and be familiar with product specifications, models, etc., to ensure effective communication with customers.
3. Assist customers in resolving product-related issues, providing timely updates on delivery and shipping status.
4. Track the production progress of customer orders and promptly report any issues to leadership.
5 .Maintain contact with customers to enhance communication, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
6. Follow up on payment collection and settlement in a timely manner.
7. Maintain relationships with customers both online and offline.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in using office software.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to interact smoothly with customers, sales, and relevant personnel.
3. Strong service awareness and a proactive attitude.
4. Experience in order processing or sales is preferred.
